Baking Basics: Tips and Tricks on Baking

Hey everyone! Welcome back to baking tips and tricks! I hope you all have tried some of the

delicious recipes that I have shared with you. This week I have a few more tips that will hopefully

help you out in the kitchen.

This first tip is a very simple and easy one, and is also very helpful. If you are confused about a

recipe or instructions, do not be afraid to google for the answer. If you do not know what something

means, google it so that your recipe does not get ruined. Baking rules can be very tricky, especially

that you have to follow everything like a science. Even to this day, I still google things that I am

unsure about when baking or cooking. This will make it a lot easier to easily follow recipes.

Another tip that can be helpful is to keep the oven closed at all times when you are baking or

cooking. Opening the oven will let out some of the heat and then whatever you are cooking or

baking will not be cooking at the right temperature. It is okay to open the oven when the timer goes

off and you are checking to make sure it is done, but refrain from opening it just to check on it.

Instead, use the oven light to check on your dessert to see how it is doing.

If you have any specific questions or recipes you would like to try, let me know and I will be sure

to help you out! These are some helpful tips that will apply to either baking or cooking. They may

seem very simple and repetitive, but it is very important to make sure to follow these tips. Be sure

to check back next time for more recipes and baking tips and tricks!
